4 Scholarship Awards this Spring, 2018!

The Parker Skiba Memorial Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Computer Science is expected to make 4 scholarship awards this spring as part of its effort to encourage entrepreneurially minded students to excel academically at the University of Texas Computer Science Program. A Father’s Tribute to his son

This Eulogy was presented by Brian Skiba, father of Parker Skiba, at his Celebration of Life Ceremony on December 16, 2017. Parker was Catherine’s and my son. He was Alexandra and Meaghan’s brother. He was a grandson, a nephew, a cousin and will be missed by his family immensely. Welcome to the Parker Skiba Memorial Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Computer Science

A memorial fund is being established in the name of Parker Skiba.  Parker was a 23-year old Computer Science student at the University of Texas Austin and tragically died in his sleep on December 12th, 2017.  Parker was also a software engineer at Snow Software in the Research and Development group.
